Higher chance pregnant with one fallopian tube

I had ectopic pregnancy before having my boys, well gynae told me that it would be higher chance of getting pregnant again with one fallopian tube. It's such memorial year for me because it was the year I had ectopic pregnancy and I was born in goat year. And so this year is goat year too!
