Mama not feeling well

I have not been feeling well lately, yeah the virus of wind and gas?! I am the last in the family to gets it now, I guess I am slow in getting sick? Oh well it is purging, diarrhea. This afternoon head to pharmacy to buy medicine. I am feeling better now but need to control my in take of food and drink. I cannot take any milk powder or milk drink.

I took it then I will start going to toilet, no kidding, so bear in mind if there is purging/diarrhea no milk intake!

Lucky is Friday now I can rest a bit. :D

Anyway still need to check son's homework and others.
