It's a long Saturday after all

Today is a long day, thanks to my dear for willing to drive me go to two events today. One in the morning in Paradigm mall where I am one of the lucky winner s of Pensonic Facebook contest. Pensonic dumpling making session with TVB artists, yeah 5 winners only but it is not stated that there's a competition among the 5 winners that only 1 winner will be on stage to be so closed up with winners. Each winner can bring a plus one to the event.

It was a good day to see the TVB artists, they have bodyguards on the event. Chuiling is also there as she is the emcee of the day. Fans of the TVB artists also on the spot.

This afternoon is good as I can meet up with old friends, been over  a year no meet up since last event we seen each other.

Event over at 1pm and my other event is on 2pm. Suppose today I have need to go Midvalley for the 3pm to 4pm of Neutrogena workshop, I was one of the 20 selected participants. Sad to say I cannot make it as I fear of terrible jam there, as knowing there is baby fair this weekend I bet the jam is horrible or even finding parking. I have experienced before so I don't think I want to risk it. Then a friend message me saying that her friend that I don't know is who has an intention to take my spot at the workshop. Sadly to say that the organizer has mention no replacement is allowed.

So many events happening in one day. How do you spend this Saturday?


I would say my day is Satuday day out with my family, as my dear take care of sons while I was away for 2 hours. Morning session my son was with me as he is my partner for the Pensonic that I won. It's great bonding moment for us as he helped me to prepare too. 

Taxi from Midvalley to CAPRI Fraser Hotel Residences, Bangsar South City

I parked my car in the morning in Midvally so that I can go to CAPRI by Fraser Hotel Residences before noon. So the taxi fare is RM6, actually is RM5.10 but taxi driver demand for RM6. 

I asked the information counter about where to take the taxi. The route is about 15 minutes, it is not very far but you can't walk to there at all. 

My friend told me they parked the car there and it cost them RM5 flat rate if get chop from the event organiser. 

Since I don't want to risk of no parking in Midvalley, I decided to park there to go the Hotel. It's my first time to CAPRI, about the parking ticket you need check if the stamp is on the barcode then it is not valid for machine to read. So you need to intercom the guard to come open the gate. :(

First time to Aloft Hotel and KL Sentral

I didn't take part in Selfie contest yesterday as my phone was running low on battery. 

Yesterday is my first time going to Aloft Hotel, I tried using the waze the travel by car supposed be 30 min but ended up 40 min because I couldn't locate the Hotel. I have to round at least three times around KL sentral hotels to find it. Lucky I didn't give up because I know parking near mall or any of the hotel would be expensive.

Since the event in Aloft Hotel, the parking fee is RM10 for 10 hours. I parked for at least 6 hours, the fee supposed be RM28. I went to reception counter to have the ticket validate.

The parking at Nu Sentral mall will be RM4 per hour if not mistake. You can always Google to check. One lady I met in the event parked wrong place and told me she's paying RM4 per hour, so the night she will need pay RM12. She check the parking machine for payment stated once in the parking lot, even for 15 min parking she still need to pay RM4.

I didn't manage to window shopping in Nu Sentral mall, once I am in the Aloft Hotel, it started heavy raining.

A happy night for me to meet with celebrities they are Kurtwood Smith and Omar Epps.

XIXILI 10th Anniversary

Yeah last night an awesome night waiting from 6pm onwards until 8pm for the fashion show to start. What's more surprise me was the goodie bag, March magazine in the goodie bag. Mmm... hello?! It's month of April now not March.

My friend told me another fashion tonight at Midvalley, I told her she can go ahead to attend. It's not the same brand, but I have attended the Jaspal fashion show before. It was nearer last time, at Sunway Pyramid.

Not going Midvalley tomorrow

We plan to go Midvalley tomorrow because they have PC fair but then we can't because 1000 people will be at the Midvallery Charity Run, mmm... maybe is not charity run .. you can Google online to find out. But for sure there be a run 7am to 11am.

It is change of plan for tomorrow. 

P1 Parking Midvalley upgrading

On Monday, we head to Midvalley, saw the P1 parking is upgrading so we can't go in this parking so we parked in P2.

We have to enter the parking twice a day because of traffic jam while heading back to PJ. The jam is so bad that dear said back Midvalley. We had dinner in Esquire Kitchen for dinner.

The lunch we eat at the food court in Midvalley.

Tomorrow my parents are coming, yeah I have things to pass my mom. She told me someone in nursing home steal her panty! :(

 

Mother and Son t-shirts

Last night we head to Midvalley to watch Iron Man 3, yeah I received the couple tee that I won. :D

Believe me that L size my son is wearing supposed to be me wearing, while the XL shirt I am wearing supposed my dear is wearing but he cannot fit in. Oh well, why waste the good shirts, love the pictures on them!

Now the couple t-shirts turn out to be Mother and Son t-shirts! :D

We had a quick run to Daiso so son grab a RM5 shotgun a toy gun!



 

Fun in Midvalley, grab goodie bag and free photography

Yesterday i head go Midvalley with family as we already plan going there on Sunday. It is fun we head go thr wedding fair first, over there we can purchase Magazine on spot and with RM20 purchase above can redeem a goodie bag. Not just goodie bag also go to photo booth for free photography.

My sister in law bought over RM40 she bought thr magazine that comes with free silver bag and wine plus T shape tooth brush. No kidding, she wants to give the wine to her dad. She too go for the free photography, she bring along my youngest son for it, yes her four pictures not all nice because he is messing around!

You can find my photo in instagram sherrygo. Indeed a good day for us, we bumped into cousin family. They heading go McD for lunch, i told them about the free photography and goodie bag. I am not sure if they go to see, i forgot to inform of the confinement book selling there. She is preggy six months now.

Midvalley, menara AMbank and ecurve

Yesterday what you have done all sassy long? I have a busy day from start til at night, it start from morning first to Midvalley and we head to north point office then eat breakfast at the Warung. My sister in law and I manage purchased nail polish Bloop from FOS. Click here to read the second day what me and son do.

Then my dear drives us to Menara AMbank yeah very jam heading to KL. we passed by KLCC and dear parked car while I head to office to collect my item at 30 something floor. Then I got his SMS saying he at level 4 parking.

My baby so cranky as he used to sleep in sarong, he got his diaper change at one of the stop in highway while heading to ecurve. He loves parking at Ikea don't ask me why, we have lunch there. But before that I go to ecurve first and for the first time I went to their cinema. Wow huge cinema never been there before, I am not familiar with the area so I know if I go alone coming back I will be lost.

At Ikea we did some shopping, I bought two biscuits there. The ginger biscuit is yummy, rm5.50. There is 100yen shop at ikano, my first time there I see the items all rm4.90. I don't like is the place very warm.

At night go buy food back for dinner, for son dear cooked for him the cheese with roti canai. He ate two pieces and night he hard to sleep because feeling full. Morning dear have hard time ask him wake up.
