MOE: Changing guardian one to two

 This month January 2021, parents been request to login to update the information of guardian on the MOE website. I notice there's changes of change of guardian one to two. I registered for my sons, using my name and my guardian I had put up my hub account in the first place. Then I see in second guardian is myself that was since registration from the first day. 

This month I login to update as per request by teachers in school of primary and secondary school. Suddenly I see that my name on guardian two has been request to click as guardian one. So I did that click to change, then I need to click again for guardian two for my hub as second guardian. I don't understand why need to change like that.I done for my 2nd son then I went update for my eldest and it is also the same. 

That's not all, it's also important to click the small square on the last page of personal details.  Basically mean if saw there is red letters on the page, those links need to be click and checked.

Why need to choose of guardian one and guardian two? It's quite complicated don't you think?

Under The Power: Chinese Drama series

What do you do during your free time? It's nice to watch Chinese drama series on youtube and there's also English sub on it. Under The Power is the named of the drama which involve lots of cases and investigation. It is episode 27 where Da Ren, he lost memories (hysteria), he thought he was still at young age. He said his aged now is 13 years old and he is not sick. He started learning swords at 13 years old.

The drama involved of love, hate, revenge and vengeance. I like this drama and the actor and actress are very good in acting. The actress Tang Song Yun, Ye Ching, actors are Ren Jialun, Don Han

There's one bad guy in the drama that likes a woman, she is perfect in every way he wanted example her height especially her feet. The woman injured one of his eyes, while trying to escape from him. After 13 years, she is back and he wanted her back.

There's a lot of Chinese Drama to watch on youtube just need to be bear with their ads. Not all the advertisement can be skip.It's still okay to watch unlike others that I watched it has many ads in between. There are so many ads that I given up watching the drama series. 

There's fire fly in the drama, it reminds me of my childhood. There's lot of fire fly at the place I stayed last time but now not anymore. We no longer seeing the fire fly at night. My children haven't see any fire fly before. Maybe someday we can plan to bring them to watch the fire fly.

 It's also a way for me to learn Chinese Language as I have forgotten to write many words of it. It's not everyday that I need to write Chinese but for my youngest son who is schooling in primary school, he would need helped in his homework. 

 

 

Who called me?0102364966

Who called me twice yesterday? It was 0102364966, bad timing to call also it was time when I am about to prepare for my son's schooling. What would you do when you pick up a call that told you, you just need give her a minute to talk? But you already mentioned that you don't have the interest to listen. First she mentioned that she called from disabled/old folk home, but where does she get my number? How she knows my name and then when I told her I have no interest to listen anymore, she started to question are you already attached with any old folks home etc. Maybe she mean of donations etc.All sudden she has interest to know more.... but why not just get to the point? Anyway I have blocked the phone number, she used the number to call me twice that day! She speaks in mandarin language. I am sure it's part of the telemarketing. She could be having a long list of names to call others after me. I told my friend, and she too told me she received the called few days ago.I googled the telephone number and it someone posted this as scam called.

Another friend told me this what he does, he received such called, he directly told the person to remove his phone number from the list and told the caller that this is a private number. He even asked where the caller got his number, but there's no reply about this. 

We know that it's RMCO and everyone got to work for living, already got so many people losing jobs and also having salary cut. Not earning and got to save at the moment, you never know when you need to spend it. My dear having his salary cut too and I got to save money for the rainy days, got to check on how much spend and nee to spend too.

Education is important and I continue to support my children for their tuition, etc. No water at the moment, it's 2nd day of not having water supply at my area. Already used up 3 buckets of water in the restroom, bad timing of having no water as son just started SMK back to school also my menstrual period comes.

By the way, do you prefer to receive a call that the person would just get to the point or goes a big round talking and only get to the point? 

On-the-go lifestyle of a mom

As now my kids both having different timing of school and tuition. I am getting more busy myself. For example by 12noon I need to send him to school then I need to go school to wait for school over by 1pm. In the evening if there's tuition in afternoon 4pm to send him go then 6.15pm to be there to wait and 6.50pm to fetch another son. But before that I need to send son home first as 6.50pm fetching son he will need to change and eat in car as tuition start 7.45pm. At night, need to go out again to fetch by 10pm.

If there's places I need to go, I will need to think about it alot of time. Usually I am not going unless I can make it back to fetch my son. Getting rider is not cheap, though I thought about getting transporter but I am not always needing transporter.

There is time where tuition at 3pm so I need to send before that then at 5pm to fetch then send home. 6.50pm will need to fetch another son, so yeah just two boys I am so busy. Sending them to tuition doesn't mean that I don't need to teach anymore, I still need to followup and check the homework and guide him on how to do. I don't need to send son to tuition if they can cope with the subjects that they are learning, but as they cannot so tuition is a must.

Road Run at Secondary School

Happy New Year to dear readers and visitors of this blog. It's 2019 and my son is Form 1, he is excited as he no need to go Remove Class. However, there's lot to learn especially language. His BM still need to improve that's why he will try to ask teacher if he is not understand. The subjects in school is taught using BM. He is not taking ACN1 & ACN2 , he told me both is BC? I am not sure however whoever not taking this subjects will need to write in letter and with both parent signatures too.

Primary School he studied SJKC school and his has hard time in learning Chinese. He's also not good with BM, so he did went for tuition classes BC and BM too.

Yeah about Road Run, it's Saturday morning 730am until 12noon at school. He says he got to stay back a bit as he took Police Cadet as one of the school's coriculum. It is a must to wear track bottom. He got his blue team shirt in XL so he return to teacher to help changed for XXL size.

His studying in afternoon class, so morning will be the extra classes for school activities. No wonder parents decided to switch school as they cannot cope to fetch them. Not easy task at all as 8am class then 930am to fetch then 12noon to send again for 1.20pm afternoon class.

Secondary school the subjects would be tougher he goes tuition in the night after school. Due to timing sometimes I got to let him eat and change in car. Some of his friends manage to switch other school that is morning classes.

Do you remembered your childhood and teenager life? My primary school and secondary school was morning classes. After school I ride motorcycle to go tuition, there was few times that motorcycle break down and need to send nearby shop for repair. That was in Ipoh, Perak. I managed complete my SPM there was a year before SPM I came Selangor school asking for BC classes but not available I was told to self study if I want to study BC. So better that I finished my SPM in Ipoh, Perak before moving back to Selangor.

Now there's BC for secondary school for my son but he opt to remove this subject to study because it's no longer easy to learn and study. No kidding I have hard time to teach him even though he went for tuition classes. BC is Bahasa Cina, Chinese Language.

Forgotten movie tickets

I have forgotten about November movie tickets of birthday, yeah printed it out but forgotten about it. So fast it's now December, I told my son that we will be heading to movie soon but it's not anymore November the printed ticket for November no longer can be used.

It's not going to be cheap for movies as they will want to eat combo set popcorn and drink. It's expensive now to watch movie, just a person set for combo regular a drink and popcorn is RM17. That's for a price of a person, if two person need to double it up.

I won two movie tickets the other day, just two tickets and the movie is at night. Sadly we didn't go as I am not so good in driving at night due to eye sight. I told son is better we stay at home. I won the tickets from Facebook contest.

December has started soon need to purchase new school uniform as my son going to be SMK school. Then I am still looking for suitable tuition center and time for him. Seem the afternoon classes the tuition only available in the night, as for morning there's but it was way too early for him. Not easy being parent, got to think alot and plan nicely on what to do.

Kicking legs by son, damaged ...

Yeah the other day youngest son has kicked non stop the car front area, damage the air con of car. Repairing cost RM500 for the car aircon.

Happening today my note 5, place on chair while checking his standard 2 text books. He kicked the chair as I told him to do homework and the phone was on the chair fall on floor. Cracking the screen of the phone, repair how much? No idea, I bet it's not going to be cheap.

Not just that he also damage the Ipad, he says Ipad slipped from his hands and it fell on the floor. Yeah cracked screen Ipad, damaged screen not sure how much for repair.

Driver, what would you do?

As mom of two boys I got my time to fetch my boys from school, so I parked at vacant parking near to shop that is not far from school. Then there's knocking at my car's windscreen where this lorry driver came down to talk to me asking me to give him my parking spot. Reason he wants to park nearest to the locksmith shop so that he can unloading and loading his things from lorry.

He asked me few times in mandarin, I politely told him that I am not giving up my parking space. I didn't park in red parking lot, so it's public for first come first park! His lorry happened to be behind of me, anyway he told me that I still have time I can go round. But I already go round few time only find this parking spot. After he parked, another car followed parked behind of him and other cars can still pass through the lane.

Anyway I just told him few times No, he gets back his lorry and double parked near to the shop. The driver started unloading and the young man from shop also loading for him. Less than 10 minutes, he's all ready to go. I sat in car waited him with his lorry to move/get away only I step down of the car. Well who knows if he's going to scratch my car or not as I didn't give way for him to park my spot.

Ruang Shah Alam, warm and hot

Kids having last day of exam today so I decided to attend a party today at Ruang Shah Alam. This venue is warm and hot, though we can see many air con mounted to wall but we didn't feel cold at all. Compare to Ruang Subang Jaya, I would prefer to go Subang Jaya, the place is near LRT station and most important I didn't feel warm and hot.

I got to use the card almost throughout the party to fan myself. It's my first time to Ruang Shah Alam, it's located at industrial area.

The venue at Ruang Shah Alam could fit up to 100 chairs. Have you been to Ruang Shah Alam?

Scam called 0327275987

I didn't like to answer any called while I am driving, today I decided to have a quick one. Then I realize its a scam called, the number is 0327275987.

It's started with voice machine saying "Salam Sejahtera, Saya Ibrahim ... " well before the machine can complete talking I hang up!

It's very usual people calling one another saying Salam Sejahtera. Usually we greet each other first not like this way above lines of talking!

Besides this number I also received several that is also in machine voice talking in Mandarin. I get irritated if it's machine that is talking instead of human, how about you?

Edited 2.55pm, my sis-in-law too just get the called from this same number from her mobile phone. 

No more computer class in primary school

The school has notice saying that there's no more computer class, so the school will finished at 12.30pm on Monday and Thursday. Usually the time was 1pm finished. Now Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday finished at 1pm, this is for Standard 1 to 3.

The tuition time for Sean finished at 3.30pm on Monday and Tuesday. Usually it ends at 4pm on these days.

Yeah need to get use to the new schedule in school as time table has changed as well. Next week will start schooling, but this week kids have started their tuition. Son's classmates are on vacation though they have tuition in school.

Most parents been asking why there's no more computer class in school. This two weeks of tuition class in Standard 6, Sean told me that the canteen in school not selling much of food so there's lack of choice for purchase food. Today he told me he just bought Ribena drink to drink as breakfast. 

2nd May of the Month 2018

Yesterday son has got tuition after send him to tuition we headed to breakfast. After parking at the apartment I spotted a dead cat on the other side of the road which is next to the car. It's a full grown cat which has many flies around it, the body of the cat has bloated too. 1st day of May and that's what I saw, seem not a good sign at all.

Today is second day of May and last night after drinking the sup kambing I had ice cream in the night. Sad to say that I didn't feel well in the night and went to purging every hour, also feeling like want to vomit but not able.

This morning I had medicine before heading to the event which I have rvsped. Kind of feel bad if I didn't show up as have rvsped. Lucky I didn't feel the urge to go toilet in the LRT ride. 14 stops in total to reach the destination and its 35 minutes ride.

I had light meal as I cannot take any oily or dairy products. I also didn't take any fruits. My friend offered me a bottle of fruit juice I didn't take it as I scare I am going to throw up after drinking it. The parking at Aloft Hotel is RM10 for event attended at the hotel. Three of my friends parked their car there in the hotel.

Then I receive a call from volunteer in school that my youngest has been left in school as nobody pick him up. The aunt rider suppose to fetch him home, she has forgot of it and thought she was suppose to fetch my eldest. Lucky that I called home and sis-in-law said that nephew is home is able to fetch him. Nephew didn't have any class in the afternoon, if he has surely he cannot make it to fetch him and I would be 25 minutes or 35 minutes away to fetch him.

 The Leaps of Knowledge Conference 2018 presented by FrogAsia Sdn Bhd with the support of the YTL Foundation saw more than 1,000 educators, parents, students and members of the education sector gathering to elevate 21st Century education in Malaysia. Held at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, this year’s conference aimed to inspire, equip and empower Malaysians to collaboratively and collectively do more to raise the bar in education.


The Leaps of Knowledge Conference 2018 – themed Level Up!, centred around the commitment of the community of educators, parents and individuals to continue leveraging on the foundations built over the last six years, levelling the playing field across all schools in Malaysia through technology. This year’s conference explored how the community can work together to raise the bar by celebrating each other’s successes, learning from each other and collaborating on new ideas to increase outcomes for 21st Century learners.

At the conference, FrogAsia launched its inaugural FrogPlay World Championship, a competition that aims to encourage students around the world to collaborate and optimise the use of the FrogPlay gamified learning and revision application on the Frog Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). FrogPlay, available online on the Frog VLE and on the Google Play Store, motivates students to learn and progress by doing revision using gamification. Thousands of quizzes are available for the students’ revision, including quizzes from trusted education partner Pelangi Publishing Group, teachers and the Ministry of Education. FrogPlay also provides detailed reports to help parents and teachers help their child and classroom of students perform better.


Since its launch last year, students have clocked over 1.5 million revision hours on FrogPlay. By tracking the hours spent on FrogPlay and the progress of students, FrogAsia saw evidence that revising via the gamified-learning app resulted in an improvement in student performance across all subjects for both primary and secondary schools. For example, students who used FrogPlay for physics revision are observed to have increased their average scores by up to 29% points

The conference featured Shaheen Mistri, Founder of Akansha and CEO of Teach for India who spoke on her belief that educators and students are partners in building education in a nation, and encouraged collective impact through the contribution of all in the community. Through her talk, she called upon the participants to evaluate the tools they already possess and to use them effectively to raise the bar in education in Malaysia, which will set a standard and be a role model for the world.

Programme Director of YTL Foundation, Datin Kathleen Chew was also one of the featured keynote speakers. She spoke on the impact and success stories that were the result of the collaboration between YTL Foundation, FrogAsia and the Ministry of Education. “It is evident that change has taken place and that technology has made a huge impact to education in Malaysia. We are so glad to be partners with changemakers in this country and will continue to contribute to this initiative that aims to inspire and upskill learners nationwide.”


After her speech, Datin Kathleen invited three teachers from schools that benefited significantly through the various initiatives like the Frog Classroom Programme, 1BestariNet Teacher Award and FrogPlay Championship. These three teachers were the Headmistress of SK Kayang Noridah Hamdan, 2nd runner up of the 1BestariNet Teacher Award 2017 Mohamad Jalil, and Chew Soo Lee, Frog Admin of SJK(C) Choon Cheng, School Winner of FrogPlay Championship 2017.

Self pamering @Signature Healthland

Last Friday I spend a self pampering time to enjoy myself yeah been a long time since I last had a great time. I went to Signature Healthland Sunway Pyramid. It's good 2 hours of pampering time, they are open at 11am. Yeah after the massage, she will wipe away the oil from the body. I saw some people working nearby also came for the massage, after massage they get back to work.

The next day we have a family time go Carey Island its our first time go there and we used waze to travel.

It's a good short getaway as I have a good time and my children too love to get closed to nature as well as the swimming pool. Yeah kids and adults need time out for ourselves. Swimming pool was great as we can dip in the water during this hot weather.

Busy lifestyle but family first

Happy day to me as my 2nd sister called me up in the afternoon while I just park the car near school to wait for son finish class at 1.30pm. Guess what?! She is in town this two days and she is with sister and mom nearby. She asked me to meet up with them for lunch and glad I do so. After send son home then I have a quick toilet break and then I go. Parking next to the mall, which is another mall I parked.

Another sister called me to say where they are eating now, so I go joined them for lunch. After lunch they have gone into the fashion outlet. My sister says that we have not meet over a year, I do missed her so much.

Just 2 days she is back and 2 hours we all spend together, yeah its a short time but I am very happy we get to meet and have a chat. She bought some bras at the mall as she need new bras. Glad she had done shopping before me as she say they are about to arrive the mall in 10minutes. But I am still 35 minutes away!

She kept a spicy chicken for me but I didn't take spicy chicken so I ordered the burger instead. I seldom eat spicy chicken as I do eat spicy burger. I can't take too spicy food. Sister bought me a new top and a pair of jeans. I am happy for that as she says she wants to give me presents. I given her an organic product for consume as well and also skincare care products too. Sound like we have a good time exchange gifts. Yeah I also have help mom to dye her hair and also give another sister some skincare products.

I send son for tuition then he called me again that he forgot about a book to bring. So I need to go back to collect for him and then mom is already ready to shower as they heading back to another town. Sadly I didn't make it to see them when I arrived back home.

By the way while heading back home, I called sis to ready son's tuition bag so that I can send to him at tuition. The book he wanted is in the bag. I feel that there's a car that hit my back, but I wasn't sure and it was long jam and I didn't able to get down to see. The new PERODUA MYVI in silver color hurry up overtake me and drove away!

August go September comes

Yeah it's another month and it's gonna be busy month as well. Last month August and my dear's salary is not out yet. Sad to see that happened, it's the first time and I it's tough so we need to save on shopping and spending.

If there's job I would go for it but depends as well because Sean has got tuition classes and need to be fetch from school also his little brother. I need to find rider as well for them if I go for the job.

When you are saying money is not everything but it does matter as money is where I need to use for paying the bills, the fees of school and tuition and many more. The car doesn't use water but petrol. Not going the events that I am invited only a few that I attending. I do see the place and time as I can't make it to all, if near public transportation I might considered.

Balance the lifestyle as attending to kids on their needs and guidance on homework. The last weekend we spend went to IOI Mall Puchong, such a long time no go there and spend more than 5 hours there. The Good Cake Shop was open there at the new wing! So many people queuing for it and my sister-in-law and sons to go for queue. One person entitled to redeem a full cake! What a deal that you can't resist, the yummy Taiwan cake! My dear also went for the queue that time was 2.40pm and he queue about 1 hour to get the cake, as it freshly bake so everyone got to wait for it.Just need take photo of the shop then tag 3 friends and the shop with the hashtags.

Armada Hotel Petaling Jaya

 June School Holidays was fun and it's over now, kids are back to school. 27 May 2017, is where I have check in the hotel. The extra bed which is single not inclusive of breakfast is RM79.50. Sean and WL wanted the extra bed, so in the end its Sean that slept on it.

 The Saturday night kids and me have a buffet dinner together at the hotel. As WL is below 7 years old so he's free of charge. There's no bath tub in the hotel room, our room is 12th floor and facing the Hilton Hotel on the opposite.

 Dear was busy at work he only joined us at night. I drove back home the night and join my dear's car to back hotel but before that we headed supper at A&W. I didn't know there's two outlets of A&W near to Amcorp Mall.

Its indeed an adventurous day because WL went toilet for big project and he locked the door on his way out after the poop project. Guess what by the time I wanna to go toilet for big project I am unable to get in the toilet. Lucky Sean's around I told him to wait with WL in the room so that I can go Lobby to find toilet. 5 minutes after I left the maintenance came to fix the toilet door. I called twice the front desk to seek them help to unlock the toilet door. I couldn't wait anymore or hold any longer, if you got to go you got to go!

13 and 14 floors of the hotel are under renovation.

Busy weekends in May

I need to go see kindergarten teacher tomorrow and that will be just me with the kids while dear is away from work. Yeah gonna be another weekend that is busy for me.

Glad to have bring my kids for the Ramadhan buffet as WL never been to the hotel that has so many horses statue before. So glad that the timing was just right that day as he no goes to field trip because his bro has got report card day. Met two teachers in the morning and one is BC another is English teacher.Suppose to meet one more as BM but he says one paper passed no need to meet her. The teachers are not in one place as I need to go the main hall to meet another teacher while teacher was standing outside the hall, parents queue to meet him and then he decided to go staff office to talk about kids education.

Last Saturday, morning send son tuition then lucky as nephew as at home and he able to fetch him back from tuition. Then afternoon we are at home while nephew and niece with sister in law they go back PD.

RM370 for dental treatment

Today is the day where I brought my children for dental checkup and also for myself. Me and Sean has got our teeth clean, however I was told that Sean needs to have braces maybe at aged of 13 yrs old or 14 yrs old. Because his teeth is not in good arrangement and all has turned permanent teeth, I will need to find Orthontist for him for braces and also to find out which teeth is suitable for extract.

Niece has got for braces and her cost was RM4k, I was told by time Sean go for braces it could be RM6k or RM7k. It's time to get start saving for him now, we never know what's the exact price. Yeah the cost of living in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur is way much more than other states, don't you agree? Not yet add on the fees of tuition for children.

Sean's little bro has got 2 teeth upper gums filling, each RM60. Total cost for dental treatment for 3 of us RM370. This happened at USJ Taipan, was lucky today I managed to find a parking spot. While we saw another car which not in the parking spot, outside the yellow line got clamped.

My bottom two big teeth, deep inside if there is pain I was told that I need to back to see her and get both teeth removed. One of it is wisdom teeth.
