Natural Ways to Improve a Woman’s Fertility

Many women may not think of getting pregnant until they think they’re ready to get pregnant. However, one thing that a woman forgets is that her fertility starts to decline as she gets over the age of 40. A woman’s body is known to release the best eggs first: usually when a woman is in her twenties. This means that as soon as a woman reaches 30, her fertility slowly begins to decline.

There are many things that one can do to boost her body’s natural fertility. One of these is by staying healthy. Regular exercise and a healthy diet can do wonders to your body. This helps to stay energized, strong and healthy. Since you choose to live a healthy lifestyle, everything else follows: a healthy body, a good mental aspect and improved fertility.
regular exercise and healthy diet are important
Another thing that a woman can do to improve her fertility is by taking essential vitamins and fertility supplements. There are many over-the-counter pills that are now available to help boost your body’s natural fertility, like ConceiveEasy. You may also talk to your doctor about it to see what options you may have before taking one since our body is different and there are products that will not work for us.

One thing is important, do not easily give up. When you think getting pregnant is a bit challenging for you, do not hesitate to seek professional help.

Review: Jayeon Aloe Vera soothing & moisturising gel

Good day to my readers and blog visitors, today I am going to review on  Jayeon Aloe Vera soothing & moisturising gel. This product comes with a free gift, it has a pack of Oil Blotting papers worth RM8.90 which is suitable for combination skin. This is my first time using the product though I have read reviews about it. I am glad that I am hands on trying it out.

This is 300ml bottle and it has a cover lid as you can scroll down to view. The cover transparent lid in the bottle has the "korea"word on it.
It's easy to apply just put the suitable amount to use, I put too many on my hand and decided to apply it on both hands. Below photo is after applying the product on hand.
It has aloe vera and so I find it is bit sticky after applying it.

Well it is normal even I used aloe vera from home, it feel the same has the stickiness but I would say it will be even more sticky as I use it raw by cutting the aloe vera layer away and applied direct on my face. It's from my aloe vera plant I used at home. Just sharing my experience with you.
Back to Jayeon Aloe Vera soothing & moisturising gel, the product comes in a bottle jar. This bottle can last me for a long time, I can share with my children and family members to use it.
The Oil Blotting papers suitable for combination skin which is fine for me. I have combination skin, after using the paper you can see the oiliness on the paper. The paper is thin, it is made of 100% Hemp Pulp and infused with Aloe Vera Extract.

Special thanks to 100comments for sending me the products for review.

It takes time to do as cannot save in the afternoon, done few times and keep send me to main page. I tried in the night and can save glad I am done. But then I am not sure if I need to print out again for bring to school. It is not stated online, as for the school paper, it only showed that children which has registered last year need to "mengemaskini" semula maklumat and filled the new information on "maklumat kesihatan".

Looks like I need to try call the school tomorrow to find out.
