Saturday, kids event for my son

Tomorrow is indeed a busy day for me as my son has been selected to attend the workshop. Its only open to kids age 6yrs old to 12 yrs old. It is exciting as it's gonna be fun for him but not me. His workshop with other 9 children will be in Team 2. There is another team that also has 10 children.

Anyway the time is 9am to 12.3pm tomorrow. Looks like I need to wait him, hang out at the area for few hours. Parent not allow in the workshop, there's no waiting area too.

Not sure what I will do tomorrow as I count on the waze to get there. Talking of waze nephew asked me how to go Pavillion, the mall in KL that I seldom go. He never try waze so no idea how to get there, he told me his lecturer ask him and others to go there for Japanese desserts.

There is a single trip to tourism JB next weekend but I need to let go for that as plan to have family time in the weekend. 

11pm now and nephew not yet come home.

Ghostbusters Slime Run @Sunway

I totally forgot about the Ghostbusters Slime Run which happened on last Saturday. Last Saturday busy day for us as my dear no work and my son has no tuition on the day. In the afternoon, bro in law family from PD comes and we go shopping in Subang Parade. I manage to shop plus size men clothing for my dear. Then dinner we go to Mahkota Cheras as my dad invited us over for dinner, bro in law family comes along as they never been there. Its been so long since they last met each other. It's our first time to dine in Legend Seafood restaurant at Mahkota Cheras.

Bro in law family also head to Empire Mall nearby to shop in Uniqlo. They bought a luggage for nephew as he's going to China soon.

Indeed a happy week for my kids as they at home playing the kinect and xBox. I like the dancing challenge in xBox, it's fun and sweat alot.

I have been wearing the mifit band for more than a week now. I change the band color to black as orange I used earlier. This week will need to pay son's tuition fee RM480 and just pay for son's kindergarten fee RM430. Yeah this July is all about money money... as usual we cannot escape the fee of education for kids.

It's a long Saturday after all

Today is a long day, thanks to my dear for willing to drive me go to two events today. One in the morning in Paradigm mall where I am one of the lucky winner s of Pensonic Facebook contest. Pensonic dumpling making session with TVB artists, yeah 5 winners only but it is not stated that there's a competition among the 5 winners that only 1 winner will be on stage to be so closed up with winners. Each winner can bring a plus one to the event.

It was a good day to see the TVB artists, they have bodyguards on the event. Chuiling is also there as she is the emcee of the day. Fans of the TVB artists also on the spot.

This afternoon is good as I can meet up with old friends, been over  a year no meet up since last event we seen each other.

Event over at 1pm and my other event is on 2pm. Suppose today I have need to go Midvalley for the 3pm to 4pm of Neutrogena workshop, I was one of the 20 selected participants. Sad to say I cannot make it as I fear of terrible jam there, as knowing there is baby fair this weekend I bet the jam is horrible or even finding parking. I have experienced before so I don't think I want to risk it. Then a friend message me saying that her friend that I don't know is who has an intention to take my spot at the workshop. Sadly to say that the organizer has mention no replacement is allowed.

So many events happening in one day. How do you spend this Saturday?


I would say my day is Satuday day out with my family, as my dear take care of sons while I was away for 2 hours. Morning session my son was with me as he is my partner for the Pensonic that I won. It's great bonding moment for us as he helped me to prepare too. 

Wisma Genting parking

I have events in Genting Highlands today, so parking at Wisma Genting so we arrived around 9am and pay parking around 8pm. The fee is RM39 for the long hours parking.

This time no parking chop at tickets because Genting bos is not around. So just for info this is the price range to pay if you are parking whole day in Wisma Genting. 

Teased by friend

It's strange feeling after all, my blogger friend attended the same event I attended today. Somehow we both won lucky draw prizes but she's not happy of her prizes. She likes my lucky draw prize that I won. It's depend on luck to win lucky draw.

Before the second lucky draw, she's been teasing me not to win anymore big prize. Then after that I won a prize which indeed is big but not the biggest. She's not happy of it. Anyway the moment I win the second prize, I'm excited happy and I laugh, my friend kept looking at me. Oh yeah, she's the one keep teasing that I better not win anymore big doll, so I get big doll house instead of doll.

Anyway both of us won lucky draw prizes for both rounds. She seems not happy of it. Her prizes perhaps smaller than mine but how about other blogger that no win at all?

Shhh... It's a secret

There's an outlet opening today in Selangor, so happened the person who is asking for bloggers to go attend it refused to say what outlet is it. I did give my info for the person but since no info given about what exactly about the opening outlet etc. I decided to give up to attend.

I feel it is dangerous to attend an outlet opening which you never mention what is it about? The person only info that it is lifestyle event to cover. Mmmm.... alright then, so serect.. you go ahead to attend and enjoy.

I have other plan for today. No hard feeling just that I don't feel comfortable if I don't know where exactly the outlet and what is it about. I am glad I didn't register for it, it's not my cup of tea. A friend of mine told me it happened to her too, she also doesn't want to go for it.

It's dangerous too, who know if it is a scam.

Mydin CNY Carnival

Yesterday I attend the Mydin Chinese New Year Carnival, you can click on the post for more detail. Above is of the video taken using my phone. You can click on the link above to view another video which is China Wushu. No kidding the are Wushu folks invited from China.

I didn't notice the fire cracker is one of the decoration at the mall. You can watch the video to find out why.

My son and I arrived at the mall about 6pm, we waited in car for parking. After 10 minutes, I manage find a car park. I left at 10.30pm the lucky draw still going on but no luck for me. My lucky draw number 481, a woman with number 491 won. I was late to know about the lucky draw, I was already in 3rd round when I knows of the lucky draw. I didn't look at my time, I didn't wear a watch. I saw three people walking away with hampers they won.

It was a fun night, glad to see my son enjoy. 

Citta Mall, Sacc Mall, Aeon Bukit Tinggi

Yesterday morning son and me head to Citta Mall for the first time. We have not been to this mall before, though dear was driving pass by opposite street before but we never enter this mall. I saw MBO Cinema is available in this mall.

Citta Mall uses fan, yeah so son told me this is fans mall. He saw many fans used in this mall. It is an open concept mall, we have lunch at McD and he saw there is playground. He didn't get to play this time.

In the evening, dear took us to Sacc Mall for collection of Guardian Walkathon 2013. They have only XXL shirt for my dear, but it's not quite suitable for him, he needs XXXL. The shirt for my son L is the largest size and it's too tight for him. :(

After collection we head to Aeon Bukit Tinggi, we have not been to this more for a long time.
Our first time to go few malls in a time!
