Good news for shopping lovers as Watsons kicked off its 2018 Ramadan and Aidilfitri campaign by calling upon Malaysians to propagate a do-good culture by sharing acts of kindness. With the #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri campaign, Watsons aims to spread positivity and shine a light on the kind and sincere acts performed by Malaysians every day. At the same time, the campaign will drive contributions from Watsons Malaysia to the Pusat Jagaan Dan Pendidikan Warga Emas Darul Insyirah home with every use of the hashtags #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri and #WatsonsMalaysia.


The #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri campaign, which runs from 15 May to 2 July 2018, calls upon
Malaysians to share acts of kindness that they encounter or hear about, on Facebook or Instagram, using the hashtags #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri and #WatsonsMalaysia. With each use of the hashtags, Watsons Malaysia will donate 200 points (equivalent to RM1) to Pusat Jagaan Dan Pendidikan
Warga Emas Darul Insyirah, which will enable the organisation to purchase products from Watsons, from toiletries to medicines and vitamins, for the needs of the old folks residing in the home.


"During Ramadan, the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, it is a time of spiritual improvement and performing good deeds for Muslims. With the #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri campaign, we want to appreciate the good deeds of our fellow Malaysians on social media and to spread positivity. #MisiIkhlasAidilfitri is a first of its kind effort by Watsons Malaysia that brings together Malaysians to participate in the spirit of this holy month. “Our campaign is all about demonstrating that no person, message or story is too small to make a difference. Through the campaign, we are asking people to share social media messages that inform, inspire and create awareness that can bring about social change or perhaps just uplift all of us, when we read about the kindness and goodness of our fellow Malaysians. Energizer ‘Shop In The Dark’ invites shoppers to challenge the dark in a virtual reality hypermarket and be in the running to win a shopping spree worth RM3,500!

Following the overwhelming response from last year’s Energizer ‘Shop In The Dark’ campaign, Energizer in partnership with MYDIN is once again organizing the Energizer ‘Shop In The Dark’ for its loyal fans and MYDIN shoppers who will be in the running to win a shopping spree worth RM3,500!


Last year’s campaign comprised of a series of Dark Room challenges at selected MYDIN stores located in five states across Peninsular Malaysia – Selangor, Penang, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. In these challenges, shoppers were required to shop in the dark for a list of items within a stipulated time limit, showcasing the power of the Energizer Max batteries which is now 8x longer lasting. The participants with the highest scores at each roadshow were then invited to participate in the grand finale of the Energizer ‘Shop In The Dark’ campaign at MYDIN USJ, Subang Jaya.


This year, to reach out to a wider audience of shoppers and Energizer users across the nation, Energizer is offering three different methods of entry submissions which include:
1) Onground roadshows (starts on 5 May)
2) Mail-in entries (starts on 1 April) and,
3) Facebook contest (starts on 1 April). 


The Dark Room roadshows introduce a new virtual reality (VR) twist to the challenge this year as shoppers will be shopping in the dark through a VR machine. Shopping this school holidays in Malaysia

This School holidays where to go? I like to share with you some malls that I often go, I like shopping in Sunway Pyramid. There's an app that you can use to check out good deal, so if you have a smart phone use it!

Another shopping mall that you will like to find out of their challenge as it is related to Transformers, yeah love this toys and I bet you gonna want to see what's new there in 1 U. My sons favourite are Optimus Prime and Bumble bee.

Who likes to shop for imported products? It's good place to start out as you can find not just nice food but also many choices of imported products, it's located at SAM'S GROCERIA in Utropolis Marketplace, Glenmarie Shah Alam.

Vincci Warehouse Sale @Glenmarie Shah Alam

The day 2nd October where the first day of warehouse sale started. I totally forgot about this sales. I saw someone updated on Facebook about the huge pack of people waiting outside the gate of the warehouse sale. So I know that I won't be going there.

I love warehouse sales I have been to FOS Warehouse Sale nearby there. I saw online newspaper even updated about this Vincci Warehouse Sale where there's video to watch. People pushing the gate as well as climbing over the wall into the warehouse sale area.

Who doesn't like to shop for good quality and cheap goods? Perhaps the management is not ready for such big sales. Usually I go to warehouse sale like cosmetic brands, they would limit the people that enter and yes they do check on the bags. If you have handbag, the guard will have a plastic bag for you to put inside then sealed it. You can open the sealed plastic bag again during the cashier payment.

I haven't been to Vincci Warehouse Sale but I saw the Facebook ad that RM15 a pair of heels. It is pretty good deal! I didn't know that their warehouse sale can attract thousands showing up to shop. Sad to say the sales only lasted 2 hours? I was told just 10am to 12noon. Some people that have bought the shoes, they didn't shop for one pair but ten pair of shoes. I am not sure if goods are sold out that quick.

There's haze so I am sure people want to shop quick and get back in their car and go home. Nobody likes to wait and warehouse for sure do not provide you any air conditioner.

Have you been to any warehouse sale?

If for shopping for baby products, I recall the long queue for shopping at Pureen Warehouse Sale. I did that for few times during my first son still below 3 years old. Before he's born, I also shop at Anakku Warehouse Sale.

Taxi from Midvalley to CAPRI Fraser Hotel Residences, Bangsar South City

I parked my car in the morning in Midvally so that I can go to CAPRI by Fraser Hotel Residences before noon. So the taxi fare is RM6, actually is RM5.10 but taxi driver demand for RM6. 

I asked the information counter about where to take the taxi. The route is about 15 minutes, it is not very far but you can't walk to there at all. 

My friend told me they parked the car there and it cost them RM5 flat rate if get chop from the event organiser. 

Since I don't want to risk of no parking in Midvalley, I decided to park there to go the Hotel. It's my first time to CAPRI, about the parking ticket you need check if the stamp is on the barcode then it is not valid for machine to read. So you need to intercom the guard to come open the gate. :(

Last Sunday, I attended the Program Ekspresi Deepavali at MYDIN MALL USJ. Above is the goodie bag I received, I also received RM50 voucher. The next day, I went to MYDIN again to purchase milk powder 1.8kg and coffee using the voucher. The voucher only expired in Jan, but I saw the promotion of milk powder decided to make use of the voucher.

I saw many beautiful Indian dresses, yeah great offer at MYDIN MALL.

Mother and son day to night out

It's Wednesday and soon I'll be teaching my son revision, he's off from school until Thursday as school having class revision with UPSR children. Well ain't that lucky for him that he can be with me for shopping and movie. Yeah planning to shop for his underwear and my dear's underwear. No kidding yesterday I went Aeon Big Subang Jaya, the mall is having renovation so many things not available. Paint smell all over the basement 2 car park and basement 1 car park.

Failed to purchase of my boys undies.

Today we having movie night just son and me as my dear needs to work. Mom in law is here, this Thursday my parents will come for lunch, time for gathering.

Bad news on Thursday is 10am to 5pm no electric at my area! boo hoo...

How many bloggers are getting this shopping voucher code? I am not sure but with only RM57 code, but comes with terms and conditions that you need to spend RM200 in order to use the voucher code.

The online jewellery shop has price range of RM100 less or above up to RM18,000. No kidding, I have browse the online shop and as usual they would say they have the best products ever, etc.

I am particular on purchase jewellery online as I experienced before online shopping that my goods came with scratches and there's no way of returning or exchange it. It's one of their terms and conditions stated.

Is it the worst event of the year?

I have never attended an event that the PR would be asking bloggers to spend money at the event. No kidding, never in a case like this before. You'll be even more shocked to see what's the contained of goodie bag. It's not about the goodie bag I attended the event, but some how I don't feel appreciate attending it and blog about it. The PR comes back to me saying that there's not enough pictures in blog post, etc.

I received two times called from same lady about their online store. Sad to say no idea what's her name and her online store name. Anyway it is about the online store's promotion, bad timing to call me I am not free. So I ask her what about, she says its about promotion on store.

Since it's online store, I think why not deal it the online way, so easy just email me the info.

So that's what I say to her, email me. That's it, end conversation.

Checkout shoes for fun

Being mommy of two boys, I love to hunt for shoes for my loved ones and myself. I check out on the FOS warehouse sales today for shoes. I eyes on the shoes I tried but I didn't make any purchase though it cost RM15. In my mind, I have other shoes awaiting me to wear I don't need new pair of shoes.

They are many things selling in the warehouse sales, I don't purchase everything because not everything I need. I just browse and window shopping, I do a final check on my purchase too. Most of haul RM3 and RM5, the most expensive RM15 a piece.

It is only the first day I am sure they will filled the baskets with more clothes when it's empty. I saw many men clothing, which I don't dare to purchase any as my man must try to know if it fits me.

F.O.S outlet Subang Parade

The other day I went to F.O.S outlet in Subang Parade, the outlet is small, not much woman's clothing. Yeah you can see more Man's clothing in the outlet. Nothing attraction me at all, though they have stated 50% off at outlet in Facebook, anyway next to the shop is Reject Shop which is bigger and better for shopping.

The Reject shop has more clothing on kids, woman and man. Not far from there they have a shoes shop, RM15 for a pair of white shoes just nice going back to school. Sad to say the shoes sizes do not fit my son, they only have size 1 - 3 only.

Anyway I may start looking for job... 

Shopping for my son

My dear find that my son has not enough shirts, actually he has shirts but some maybe not so suitable to wear anymore. We still kept in the closet. So time to remove shirts that he can't wear any more.

He's getting bigger now, he's wearing adult under wear. I can't believe but he's wearing L size. He's 50kg now, so better watch his weight. He's growing taller and taller, so I think he's about my chin if he's standing next to me.

Children clothing no longer fits him.

Lunch at Dave Deli

Yesterday, my lunch at Dave Deli after the Guardian "My Date with Beauty", the media lunch is yummy! I chosen the roasted chicken and ice lemon tea. There's soup with garlic bread which I didn't snap a photo. If you like to check my haul, click on the link.

I parked at basement 1 in new wing at One Utama Shopping Mall, you know I still unsure where I am parking. I need time to explore where to park at the mall. The parking basement 1 lead me to Carings shop and some ATM machines. When I walked up the mall, it is near the Gardens One Utama.

On way back before I reach the basement parking I spotted the Rotiboy shop, yeah I bought some for my boys to eat. They love Rotiboy especially my eldest son.

My friend ask me if I was get pay to blog on my blogs as she saw many updates on my blogs. I told her, I didn't get pay to blog. My hair care dye product, I won not long ago from contest so I just share the outcome of the product.
