Who called me?0102364966

Who called me twice yesterday? It was 0102364966, bad timing to call also it was time when I am about to prepare for my son's schooling. What would you do when you pick up a call that told you, you just need give her a minute to talk? But you already mentioned that you don't have the interest to listen. First she mentioned that she called from disabled/old folk home, but where does she get my number? How she knows my name and then when I told her I have no interest to listen anymore, she started to question are you already attached with any old folks home etc. Maybe she mean of donations etc.All sudden she has interest to know more.... but why not just get to the point? Anyway I have blocked the phone number, she used the number to call me twice that day! She speaks in mandarin language. I am sure it's part of the telemarketing. She could be having a long list of names to call others after me. I told my friend, and she too told me she received the called few days ago.I googled the telephone number and it someone posted this as scam called.

Another friend told me this what he does, he received such called, he directly told the person to remove his phone number from the list and told the caller that this is a private number. He even asked where the caller got his number, but there's no reply about this. 

We know that it's RMCO and everyone got to work for living, already got so many people losing jobs and also having salary cut. Not earning and got to save at the moment, you never know when you need to spend it. My dear having his salary cut too and I got to save money for the rainy days, got to check on how much spend and nee to spend too.

Education is important and I continue to support my children for their tuition, etc. No water at the moment, it's 2nd day of not having water supply at my area. Already used up 3 buckets of water in the restroom, bad timing of having no water as son just started SMK back to school also my menstrual period comes.

By the way, do you prefer to receive a call that the person would just get to the point or goes a big round talking and only get to the point? 

Majlis Pelancaran Ibu Nakhoda Hidup 2018

 The Ibu Nakhoda Hidup mother entrepreneurship programme co-organised by Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad (MYDIN), Protecr & Gamble (P&G Malaysia), and Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kendiri Wanita dan Gadis (WOMEN: girls) is back for its fourth year to provide support and assistance to mother entrepreneurs all across Malaysia.

This year's Ibu Nakhoda Hidup ams to reach out to more business organisations and universities to provide mentoring to the women within the programme and share knowledge on mapping out business growth through community engagements that will be carried out at the 10 roadshows nationwide which started on 16 March 2018 ends on 20th May 2018.

At the event, P&G Modern Retail Leader, Miss Jennis Tan said, " The fact that Ibu Nakhoda Hidup is running for its fourth year shows how important programmes like these in helping our mothers to see the bigger picture and take the opportunity to expand their business besides imply generating an income for their family."

"P&G has been really happy in providing business opportunities to some of the mothers within the programmers by using them as suppliers for our Gift-with-Purchase campaigns. These women have shown great commitment in bigger business deals like these and it has proven us on how visionary they are in their business outlook. We are also providing marketing and branding skills which is close to the nature of our business that can be an advantage for them."

Last year, we receive 163 Ibu Nakhoda Hidup entries nationwide and five winners were crownded by MYDIN, P&G and WOMEN:girls. The winners are Nur Syuhada Amran and Jasmine Aliya Hao, Anita Othman, Azizah Ahmad, Haimisah Mahli and Saptuyah Abang.

"This year, the standard is even higher for five mothers to be selected as our winners. We want to see their direction not only in terms of ensuing profitability but also how they can make an impact in the society through their thinking, method and business outlook. The launch ceremony on 29 March 2018, showcased the three-year Ibu Nakhoda Hidup journey in a walk-through exhibition at the concourse of Mydin USJ, Subang Jaya featuring all the Ibu Nakhoda Hidup alumni over the past three years. About 60 entrepreneurs attended the launch and throughout the day. The roadshows opens til Friday March 30 March until Sunday 1st April where mother entrepreneurs from the Klang Valley and Selangor can send in their applications for this year. Also present at the launch were Datuk Yatimah Sarjiman, the Director of Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad; Datin Wira Dr. Hajah Siti Hawa Mohd, Director of Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad; Jenis Tan, P&G Malaysia Modern Retail Leader, and Low Ngai Yuen, President and Founder of Pertubuhan WOMEN:girls.

The public are invited to participate in the weekly photo contest on instagram. Just spot the WOMEN:girls team in MYDIN during their on-ground nationwide tour and tag three entrepreneurs that you know in the caption. The lucky winners every week will receive MYDIN shopping vouchers worth RM50 with the Grand Prize of MYDIN shopping vouchers worth RM1,500. One subject RM150 to tuition, two subjects RM250

A parents was discussing in the class group chat about getting tuition for her child. She wanted more parents to send their child together as need at least 3 to get start. I was told the price of RM150 for a subject, RM250 for the two subjects. The offer subjects to teach are BC and Math.

Though I think of sending son to go, but he is already having tuition of Math and BC. Both are once a week that he's attending at tuition center.

I am not sure of how is his result for this June exam as he says teacher not yet inform but have told that 4 persons passed the BC exam. For his computer test he gets 79 marks and he's very happy about it.

It's also related to money as more tuition will cost more money and also time. He says it's enough of tuition he's having as he also have homework to handle. It's important that kids get balance of life, not just focus on their education.Nobody says it is going to be easy in learning in primary school, further more we are Chinese it is better that he's able to learn Chinese before he goes to Secondary school. We also enrolled his little brother to his school for year 2018, hopefully he gets a place in the school, there will be exam for his little brother next year in June.

It started last year that children 6 yrs old need to attend for exam before get a place in the school.

Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park

First time to Aloft Hotel and KL Sentral

I didn't take part in Selfie contest yesterday as my phone was running low on battery. 

Yesterday is my first time going to Aloft Hotel, I tried using the waze the travel by car supposed be 30 min but ended up 40 min because I couldn't locate the Hotel. I have to round at least three times around KL sentral hotels to find it. Lucky I didn't give up because I know parking near mall or any of the hotel would be expensive.

Since the event in Aloft Hotel, the parking fee is RM10 for 10 hours. I parked for at least 6 hours, the fee supposed be RM28. I went to reception counter to have the ticket validate.

The parking at Nu Sentral mall will be RM4 per hour if not mistake. You can always Google to check. One lady I met in the event parked wrong place and told me she's paying RM4 per hour, so the night she will need pay RM12. She check the parking machine for payment stated once in the parking lot, even for 15 min parking she still need to pay RM4.

I didn't manage to window shopping in Nu Sentral mall, once I am in the Aloft Hotel, it started heavy raining.

A happy night for me to meet with celebrities they are Kurtwood Smith and Omar Epps.

Baby contest age limit

Yeah when taking part in contest, no matter it is baby contest or toddler contest. Every thing has terms and conditions, though my toddler not yet 3 years old. Anyway there's a contest which they have put up three categories for contest.

If you child still able join the contest, give them a chance you never know you might be a lucky winner.

Friend's friend on MH370

Yesterday, son told me that his classmate told him that her mom's friend is on the plane MH370.

Tomorrow will be a week if there's no news about MH370.

Mommy, I am so hot!

The weather is hot, especially haze time. So having a bottle of Eau Themale Avene Spring Water is useful. After two years of using this product for refreshing spraying our face. I decided to use cotton for wipe my son's forehead.

After he spray on his face, make sure face's wet. I used the clean cotton to wipe his forehead. It turned out dark on the cotton. You can click above link to view the picture.

He loves using the spray when he's feeling out. Travel in the car for long distance or in jam, he would use for refreshing spray. Mmmm.. maybe I need to let my dear try this, if he's feeling sleepy while driving this would do the trick!

If my dad is feeling sleepy while driving he usually pull over to rest area to wash his face.

I did it again!

I am sure you are familiar with MIX FM if you listen to radio station in the car. It is one of my favourite station, yeah the other day I called up and won my self four passes to watch The Wolverine, yet I am waiting their call about it.

Mother and Son t-shirts

Last night we head to Midvalley to watch Iron Man 3, yeah I received the couple tee that I won. :D

Believe me that L size my son is wearing supposed to be me wearing, while the XL shirt I am wearing supposed my dear is wearing but he cannot fit in. Oh well, why waste the good shirts, love the pictures on them!

Now the couple t-shirts turn out to be Mother and Son t-shirts! :D

We had a quick run to Daiso so son grab a RM5 shotgun a toy gun!



 

I voted, have you?

Yeah today is busy day for everyone, I waited so long to come back Selangor to vote. My dear and sister-in-law need to go back to vote so we depart yesterday evening. This afternoon after lunch we head back here and lucky there's no need to queue up and fast for me to vote. :D

It is second floor and just follow the arrow and I am there to vote. I am happy to say I voted, how about you?

The ink still a bit on my finger, but my dear manage to clean it up though little ink left on his finger. How about you?

How many kids are enough?

My friend bring her son to the restaurant where I was having Chinese herbal tea, she has a daughter seven year old and a son aged almost three year old. She told me that she has hesistation of having another child because it is difficult to take care the children at all time. She has nobody to help her to care her children.

It is not just about taking care of children but also the financial. We two agreed on health expenses for the children are costly. The medical fee for their injection and formula powder milk if you are not breastfeeding.

We will be lucky if we have mother-in-law or sister-in-law or working parents have money to send children to nursery or nanny to care. Talking of pregnancy, my girl friend has difficulty to get pregnant, she has no idea it is her problem or his problem the fact is he has no interest to go for check up! It would be great if both agree to go check up together to find out why they cannot have baby.

Talking of kids my heart bleed knowing William Yau Zhen Zhong missing boy was found dead after nine days of missing.

Will it be the last movie with my son?

My son is having a week class this week and he didn't know that when January start schooling the time will be different. Now his time of schooling is short, he starts school at 8.30 to 12 noon. He gets to eat breakfast at 9.30 am, he is happy to go the school.

I win movie passes to see with my son, it will be next Tuesday night. I am sure he will likes this movie Wreck It Ralph! He's been telling me he has interest to watch the movie.

Next year I am not sure if he's able to watch movie with me at night because his class starts at 7.30 in the morning. Oh well, I know I probably cannot go for movie because I need to teach him to do homework. It takes quite long time to guide him if he's taking sweet time to do.

Are you a parent with school kids? How old are they now, do you need to guide them or you send them to tuition? One parent told me that she send her son to nearby house at school and it cost RM380 and her second son will cost her RM350. The fee inclusive of meal and she can choose either let her children do the homework there or tuition there.

Sunglasses from Uniqlo

Loving this cool sunglasses the one and only, well it belongs to my son. Do you remember that I bring my son to Midvalley in June during the school holiday for the premier of Madagascar 3 movie. That is the day I purchased the sunglasses, we love this shade so much and we share it.

Yesterday is not quite a good day for start, well my dining room flood! My area no water at night and somehow my son forgot to close the tap and somewhere in middle of night the water came and spill everywhere. Yes most of dining area and living area got flood, alot to clean and wash and throw away! Yes a time to clear too, found my lovely prelove Barbie Dolls with clothes and items which I used to play.

Later I will post up the pictures of my toys! My son was playing them but my dear does not like, he says it is not for boys to play!

Oh well about the sunglasses I check the store again in Midvalley and see there's no more available. I bought this at discount price during sales, it cost less than RM30. Umm... maybe RM25. I find uniqlo many clothes to shop but sadly not for plus size woman.

Today I may head to Midvalley again after getting my boy home and shower him. It would be first time to bring my baby and sister-in-law to go without my dear as he is working.
