Yay its rent out!

I am happy to see that my sis place is finally rented out. But we have not settle with the tenancy agreement. I was told that its not going to be easy. I hope that the agreement is ready so I can give the tenant to sign.

I was told that my renting is cheap! Other is renting their place for $650! The tenant is interested to buy the place but my sis is not willing to sell it. I think it is because she is the one bought and supporting herself on the place. It's her first home for herself!

Mother's First

The other day, we have celebrated Mother's Day and my dad is obviously very jealous of my mom. I got a snap shot picture with my mom and dad is looking jealous! It is obvious because I can see it straight from my dad's face.

I do not see my mom often and I know that I do not share many pictures with her. So I took the day of Mother's Day to snap a picture with her.

Do you know that dad's get jealous too? Tell me if this have happened to you too. Don't ask me to choose between them, I LOVE THEM BOTH! There is no replacement for either of them.

Nearest JPJ in Selangor

I have been trying to find the nearest JPJ in Selangor, can you tell me about it? I have to take my sis car registration card there.

My sis wants to sell her car so the car registration card need to be stamp, not just that her car will need to bring to Puspakom to check. I was told to hire a runner will cost RM$350 to go Puspakom.

If you are going there yourself it will only cost you $30.

Court 2 , Jalan Kewajipan

I rent out my sis place for $600 and I find out that that is cheap. Someone asking me that how much I am renting it out and said it is cheap. She rented the apartment for $650 and she has to go another go maybe 3rd floor or 4th floor.

As I know my sis place is on the first floor and we have painted the place and also repair everything which cost me $1380.

I am hoping to rent her place out ASAP as it is empty since 11 April, 2009.
