I hope this e-mail finds you well. I wanted to reach out to inform you of a PayPal situation that occurred a few weeks ago.
As some of you have let us know, there was an error with PayPal near the end of May and duplicate payments were made to your account on the 28th of May. This means that you were paid twice for the same post.
Since this time, PayPal has been reversing the additional payments. Many of you may have already noticed the reversal on your account. Please be assured that you WERE paid for all of your approved posts and we are NOT taking those original payments back. However, we have reversed all of the duplicate payments made in error.
We do apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. We also apologize that we did not send word to you about this sooner.
