- Drink alcoholic beverages
- Drink 3 or more cups of coffee daily
- Drink carbonated beverages daily
- Frequently consume meat, eggs or dairy products
- Eat very few fruits and vegetables
- Drink less than 2000ml of water each day
- Drink distilled or RO water
- Often consume processed, frozen or canned food
- Frequently eat fried foods
- Love sweet or starchy snacks
- Lack physical exercise
- Live or work under constant pressure
- Regularly expose to pollutions or toxins
- Consume polished rice (white) or bread

In my opinion, with the two lists in hand now, just take extra good care of your health by observing a daily healthy diet & lifestyle.
All start with a right mindset and discipline. Right!

ReplyDeleteLet me see... I tend to feel sleepy when driving, I sometimes feel dizzy, I feel tired and sleepy in the afternoons, I frequently get bitten by mosquitoes, and I have stiff neck but not all the time. So do I qualify?

So is my blood acidic? I don't know, but I try to do my best to have good health. yes, must try to sleep earlier - maybe that's the reason why I often feel sleepy while driving and in the afternoon : )
foogpc, tell me which Malaysian don't eat supper at night. I am late sleeper too. Yeah driving in afternoon usually makes me sleepy as well.
