Do you attract to mosquitoes like a magnet?

Well, I am sure you know what is mosquitoes. I wrote about how to get rid of mosquitoes not long ago. So do you want to know if you are a magnet to mosquitoes. I always wanted to know and just check out the question below. If you say yes to more than 5 of them, then you blood is acidic!

  1. Perform tasks at a very slow pace
  2. Sleepy when driving, or riding in a car
  3. Sleepy in confined area or small rooms
  4. Tire easily after mild exercise
  5. Cold hands and feet
  6. Bruise easily or have sensitive, bleeding gums
  7. Eczema & other skin problems
  8. Dull complexion or acne
  9. Athlete's foot or sensitive hands
  10. Slow healing wounds
  11. Weight gain or inability to lose weight
  12. Frequent constipation
  13. Bad breath or body odour
  14. Frequent tinnitus like ringing in the ears
  15. Often feel dizzy
  16. Tiredness especially in the afternoons
  17. Weak immune defenses that prone to coughs, flu and fever
  18. Frequently bitten by mosquitoes or insects
  19. Persistent stiff neck or frozen shoulders
  20. Unexplained aches and pains not attributed to arthritis
Do you know what? Looking the lists above I have more than 5 so does this mean that I have acidic body?

Here's another list to find out if you have risk of acidity is high. If you have 5 or more than that, your risk of acidity is high.


  1. Frequently late nights
  2. Frequently eat supper or have dinner after 8pm
  3. Frequently skip breakfast
  4. Smoke or surrounded by people that smoke
  5. Drink alcoholic beverages
  6. Drink 3 or more cups of coffee daily
  7. Drink carbonated beverages daily
  8. Frequently consume meat, eggs or dairy products
  9. Eat very few fruits and vegetables
  10. Drink less than 2000ml of water each day
  11. Drink distilled or RO water
  12. Often consume processed, frozen or canned food
  13. Frequently eat fried foods
  14. Love sweet or starchy snacks
  15. Lack physical exercise
  16. Live or work under constant pressure
  17. Regularly expose to pollutions or toxins
  18. Consume polished rice (white) or bread
Okay, once again I have more than 5 of them. Not sure if this is accurate.

    In my opinion, with the two lists in hand now, just take extra good care of your health by observing a daily healthy diet & lifestyle.
    All start with a right mindset and discipline. Right!

  4. Let me see... I tend to feel sleepy when driving, I sometimes feel dizzy, I feel tired and sleepy in the afternoons, I frequently get bitten by mosquitoes, and I have stiff neck but not all the time. So do I qualify?

    The second list - I frequently late nights, and eat after 8pm. That's about it!

    So is my blood acidic? I don't know, but I try to do my best to have good health. yes, must try to sleep earlier - maybe that's the reason why I often feel sleepy while driving and in the afternoon : )

  5. foogpc, tell me which Malaysian don't eat supper at night. I am late sleeper too. Yeah driving in afternoon usually makes me sleepy as well.
